Brief

I was asked to lift a broken and very dangerous concrete patio and replace wooden fencing and access gate with UPVC……..

The Solution

Perry and I broke up this very perilous area and re-laid new paving and steps. We used recessed drain covers to keep the patios looking seamless.
The amount of spoil was huge and I used the services of a grab lorry as the weight would have cost a great deal of money in skips as they are weight limited.

The UPVC fencing was quite easy to put together and an awful lot of postcrete was used to secure the posts. It’s now a very low maintenance boundary.

I would recommend this type of fencing as it is permanent and weatherproof.
